Associate Project Manager – Engineering Business Operations
Job Summary
We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution within our Engineering organization. You’ll play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives, implementing scalable processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects that enable operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.
About the Team
The Engineering Business Operations team ensures seamless execution of internal business processes across the Engineering organization. We manage projects and initiatives, enable effective budget management, and support strategic business transformation. Our work is rooted in transparency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement through standardization and iterative refinement.
About the Role
As an Associate Project Manager, you will:
Create, implement, and manage business operational processes and frameworks
Develop clear, actionable project plans and schedules for engineering and product delivery initiatives
Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and scope
Prepare, coordinate, and synthesize inputs for executive presentations, ensuring cohesive and clear deliverables
Streamline and improve business operations, enabling engineering teams to work more efficiently
Identify and raise business risks early, supporting discussions and strategies for mitigation
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:
1–2 years of project management or operational experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
A proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
