As a Customer Success Advisor at Rapid7, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of their cybersecurity investment. You will leverage your expertise in our products and solutions to ensure customers achieve their goals, foster long-term relationships, and drive business growth.

About the Team
The Customer Success team ensures that our customers achieve success and satisfaction with Rapid7 products. By building strong relationships and proactively guiding customers, the team directly impacts retention, adoption, and advocacy.

About the Role
As a Customer Success Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted partner for customers and help them fully leverage Rapid7’s cybersecurity solutions. Specifically, your focus will be to:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer stakeholders, including technical teams, project managers, and executives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide guidance and education to help customers optimize product usage and achieve their cybersecurity objectives.

  • Identify and mitigate risks in customer relationships and advocate for customer needs across internal teams.

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German (C1) and English (B2)

  • Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and technical concepts

  • Experience with technology deployment and configuration

  • Ability to advise on product adoption and maximize ROI

  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills

  • Familiarity with customer success platforms and tools

  • Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, Sec+, Cloud+, or CCSP are a plus

  • Ability to track and report on customer success metrics

  • Experience providing executive-level briefings and business review
