As an Executive Assistant at Rapid7, you’ll be based out of our corporate headquarters in Boston, MA and support the Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and SVP of Corporate Development and Strategic Alliances.
About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who thrives on working in a fast paced environment and being a trusted partner to senior executives. You’re organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to manage ever-shifting calendars and priorities. You’ll coordinate complex calendars, domestic and international travel arrangements, and have a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. You should bring a positive mindset and strong work ethic to everything that you do, and are ready to partner with the larger Administrative Team for growth and development, support, and ad hoc projects.
In this role you will:
Provide high-level executive admin support to three senior-level executives
Manage complex calendaring and scheduling that requires internal and external coordination
Bring a sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Regularly handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Interact with a wide variety of personalities in a professional manner including interactions with board members, colleagues, customers, investors, and partners
Anticipate, prioritize and partner to make complex schedules work
Manage travel details and submit expense reports
Provide the highest level of customer service; Act as liaison between the administrative team, executives, and customers to ensure seamless communication and proper follow-through
In return you will bring:
5-10 years of administrative support at the executive level
Intermediate to expert level experience with the G Suite & Microsoft Office (G calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Excel)
Experience coordinating travel arrangements
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Ability to interface with a wide variety of people in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner
Self-starter; able to coordinate resources and responsibilities independently
Proactive thinker and problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit
