Executive Assistant
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer, SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, and our SVP of Finance. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes initiative to ensure our Finance leaders are operating at their highest level of impact.

Rapid7’s Finance organization provides the strategic insights and operational rigor that guide the company’s long-term growth. By partnering closely with the CFO and senior Finance leaders, this role helps ensure key financial cycles, communications, and decision-making processes run efficiently and with intention.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to enable and amplify the impact of our senior Finance leaders by providing seamless administrative and strategic support. Specifically, your focus will be to:
Manage complex calendars, meeting cadences, and shifting priorities with efficiency and discretion
Support Investor Relations scheduling, including coordinating with external investors, analysts, and partners, often across multiple time zones and tight timelines
Support recurring internal finance team cycles such as the quarterly earnings process or planning processes, including coordination of executive calendars as well as planning and logistics with technical support teams as needed
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including agendas and logistics
Prepare materials, content, and correspondence for internal and external meetings
Serve as a trusted liaison and point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, board members, and external partners
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with professionalism and poise
The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:
7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in finance, in high-growth tech environments
Strong skills in calendar management, travel planning, and executive-level communication
High proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Experience managing sensitive or confidential information with discretion
Ability to independently solve problems, prioritize competing demands, and anticipate needs
Operational Execution: Ability to keep track of details, deadlines, and follow-through across complex logistic
Understands business goals and adjusts support style to match the pace and needs of senior leaders
Takes ownership of responsibilities, follows through on commitments, and holds themselves to a high standard of performance
Builds trusted partnerships and contributes positively to team dynamics

The salary range for this role in the US is:
$89,300.00 - 120,700.00 USD AnnualSalary ranges may vary based on geographical location. This range does not include variable/incentive compensation, equity and benefits (where applicable/eligible).
