Job Summary


We’re looking for a highly organised and collaborative Growth Enablement Program Manager to support the planning, communication, and execution of critical enablement initiatives across our Go-To-Market teams. This high-visibility role will help shape how enablement is delivered and experienced, scaling execution quality and operational excellence across the organisation.

About the Team


The Growth Enablement team develops and manages training and enablement programs that align with Rapid7’s strategies and market approach. From onboarding to ongoing education, the team equips our customer-facing functions with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver impact across the full customer lifecycle.

About the Role


As a Growth Enablement Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive operational success for the Enablement function through program coordination, communications, and cross-functional alignment. Specifically, your focus will be to:

  • Own planning and execution of internal enablement communications in partnership with team leads

  • Support project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure milestones are met and blockers are addressed

  • Act as a connector between Enablement and cross-functional partners to align timelines and deliverables

  • Build scalable systems, documentation, and repositories to improve consistency and visibility of programs

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines

  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and accountability

  • Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without authority

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, enablement operations, field communications, or GTM support in B2B SaaS

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet), and Slack

  • Familiarity with enablement, sales, or customer success functions

  • Ability to simplify and translate complex information for broad audiences

  • Comfort operating in dynamic, evolving business environments
