If you're passionate about solving complex challenges at scale and building powerful platform experiences, this is your opportunity to lead with impact.

About the Team

At Rapid7, we are on a mission to help our customers securely advance by simplifying and amplifying the power of their security operations. Our Command Platform provides a unified, intelligent, and extensible foundation that powers our customers' ability to detect, respond, and remediate across their entire attack surface.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and outcome-oriented Lead Product Manager to drive the Enterprise Readiness of our Command Platform. This role will be central to delivering the scale, flexibility, and administrative controls required by our largest enterprise customers and MSSP partners.

As a Lead Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to own critical enterprise capabilities including multi-tenancy experiences, user access management (RBAC and data access control), API experiences, and foundational account infrastructure. If you are a collaborative leader who is energised by solving complex customer challenges at scale, passionate about platform capabilities, and ready to shape the future of enterprise security operations, we’d love to hear from you. Specifically, your focus will be to:

  • Define and own the roadmap for Enterprise Readiness capabilities of the Command Platform, including:

    • Multi-tenancy frameworks for Enterprises and MSSPs

    • User access management (RBAC, data access segmentation, approval flows)

    • Developer-facing APIs and automation infrastructure

    • Foundational account and identity infrastructure

  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, and cross-product teams to deliver enterprise-grade platform capabilities that are secure, scalable, and intuitive.

  • Drive the successful adoption and value realisation of platform features post-launch, collaborating with Customer Success and Product Marketing.

  • Serve as the internal and external voice of Enterprise Readiness, representing the platform in executive reviews, roadmap presentations, and customer engagements.

  • Establish metrics and instrumentation to evaluate feature success, platform health, and customer satisfaction.

  • Mentor junior product team members and contribute to the evolution of the product craft at Rapid7.

  • Act as a connector across product areas to identify and resolve systemic gaps in enterprise enablement across the platform.

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise platform requirements, particularly in multi-tenant environments, role-based access control (RBAC), identity and access management (IAM), and API development.

  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver outcomes for enterprise customers.

  • Able to collect, interpret, and communicate data to inform product decisions and business impact.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align platform initiatives with broader business and customer goals.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

  • A customer-obsessed mindset with direct experience engaging large customers and partners.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing ambiguity.

  • Embody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success.
