Lead Product Manager

About the Team

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to obtain market insights directly or through customer-facing teams and you will own the product life-cycle end to end.

In this role, you will:

• Work with executive leadership, product and engineering teams to develop product plans aligned with market requirements and opportunities for growth.

• Lead cross-team collaboration for product planning, prioritization, development, launch and on-going enhancements that balance responsiveness to customer needs with strategic market impact.

• Own and develop product management processes, disciplines within the team and in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Partner with UX design and engineering teams to ensure the best possible user experiences and customer value.

• Encourage data driven product decisions leveraging utilization metrics, user feedback and customer partnership.

• Work with product leadership and product marketing to develop content, messaging and competitive positioning based on solid value propositions and real world use cases driving sales enablement and existing customer growth.

• Partner with customers and prospects to present product features and demonstrate key use cases and value.

The skills you’ll bring include:

• 5+ years of experience in product management roles.

• 3+ years in a technical role in a Cyber security space (Red team, detection, malware, pentester, etc).

• Demonstrated success in planning, managing and launching products.

• Excellent technical skills ability to perform HO product research in the cyber security space.

• Strong curiosity, thirst for knowledge and hands-on, get-it-done attitude.

• Understanding and experience working with technical, enterprise customers.

• Knowledge of SaaS software and agile product development workflows.

• Experience in big data processing, analytics, AI and machine learning is a plus.

• Python scripting capability.
