Netsuite Administrator 

Rapid7 is seeking a Netsuite Administrator to join our growing IT Application Management Team which is responsible for overall health, support and compliance of Rapid7 Tier one Netsuite SaaS platform and various associated integrations 

We need an experienced hands-on administrator for our Netsuite ecosystem who can work independently, solve customer problems, mentor and supervise junior admins, has great written and verbal communication skills and be able to work cross functionally.

About the Team 

The Application Management team is critical to running the business at R7, supporting both internal and external customers . On a day-to-day basis  this  person will work as part of a cross functional teams to  solve business problems of varying complexity

About the Role 

The ideal candidate is a self driven highly motivated individual having extensive hands-on experience in Netsuite administration and application support.  The candidate should be able to work independently on time-sensitive issues, have great communication and collaboration skills and be curious and willing to constantly learn

In this role, you will: 

• Provide operational support in solving real life customer problems involving the Netsuite ecosystem

• Collaborate with other internal Rapid7 partner teams in triaging and  fixing integration issues involving Netsuite 

• Lead with operational excellence in mind by recommending improved ways of doing things that are both robust and scalable

• Provide consultative guidance to various operational teams within Rapid7 to influence user behavior and enable ways to faster time to resolution

• Provide data and reports to support compliance and audit related work on a periodic basis

• Administer additional tools like eTrade, Salto associated to our Netsuite ecosystem

• Provide mentorship and supervision for junior administrators and/or contractors as required

The skills you’ll bring include:

• 3+ years as a Netsuite Administrator in an operational role as part of an enterprise IT technology team that works with a variety of business operations that supports G&A functions

• Ability to work independently, effective time management, curiosity, strong communication and relationship skills

• Ability to manage backlog of work and meet deadlines

• Developer mindset, whereby willing to do development as needed

• The ability to work effectively with other engineers, business analysts, key stakeholders, application administrators and end users in solving complex problems

• Proven experience with Agile scrum methodology

• Strong work ethic and customer service mentality

• Experience with with Integration frameworks involving Netsuite a plus

• Working knowledge with GITHUB integration a plus
