Job Summary

The Regional Sales Enablement Manager – APJ Region is responsible for delivering impactful enablement programs that elevate the performance of our Sales and Sales Engineering teams across the APJ region. This role partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to localize, deliver, and reinforce global enablement initiatives, ensuring our field teams have the skills, tools, and knowledge to drive customer success and revenue growth.

The Growth Enablement team develops and manages training and enablement programs that align with Rapid7’s strategies and market approach. We empower our customer-facing teams across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to continuous development, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional results and long-term impact.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Enablement Manager – APJ Region, your primary responsibility will be to strengthen the capability and performance of the APJ Sales and Sales Engineering teams by delivering and reinforcing global enablement programs. Specifically, your focus will be to:

  • Serve as the primary enablement point of contact in-region for APJ Sales and Sales Engineering leaders.

  • Localize and deliver global enablement programs, including core sales skills, SE enablement, and new hire onboarding reinforcement.

  • Support the rollout and field adoption of global sales methodologies, partnering with global peers to measure and optimize impact.

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to reinforce Sales Manager training programs and coach adoption across the region.

  • Partner with enablement managers in EMEA and NA to align on best practices, content standards, and field feedback.

  • Share regional insights and performance data to inform global enablement priorities and enhance tools, messaging, and processes.

  • Develop and maintain data-driven reporting on enablement outcomes to clearly articulate impact, ROI, and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Experience in sales enablement, sales, or GTM roles (7+ years, ideally in B2B SaaS)

  • Proven ability to deliver and reinforce sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)

  • Strong understanding of field sales and SE operations, preferably with prior experience in those roles

  • Ability to localize global programs for regional needs

  • Experience measuring program performance and surfacing insights

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and LMS/CMS platforms

  • Organizational agility and ability to work effectively across time zones

  • Confidence influencing and engaging senior leaders
