Regional Sales Enablement Manager – APJ Region
As the Regional Sales Enablement Manager for APJ, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Sales and Sales Engineering teams by localizing and delivering global enablement programs. You will act as the primary enablement partner in-region, ensuring our customer-facing teams are equipped with the skills, tools, and methodology to maximize performance and impact across the customer lifecycle.

The Growth Enablement team builds and manages training programs that align with Rapid7’s strategy and go-to-market approach. We focus on equipping every member of our Go-To-Customer organization with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed from day one and beyond.
About the Role
As a Regional Sales Enablement Manager – APJ Region, your primary responsibility will be to deliver, reinforce, and localize enablement programs that drive sales performance across APJ. Specifically, your focus will be to:
Serve as the primary enablement point of contact in-region for Sales and Sales Engineering leaders.
Localize and deliver global enablement programs, including core sales skills, SE enablement, and onboarding reinforcement.
Support rollout and adoption of global sales methodology, tracking impact and surfacing insights.
Collaborate with global enablement peers to align on best practices, share feedback, and ensure consistency across regions.
The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
Organized and detail-oriented approach
Data-driven problem solving
5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or GTM roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
Background as a sales rep, SE, or sales leader (preferred)
Experience delivering and reinforcing sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
Ability to adapt global enablement programs to regional needs
Experience analyzing program effectiveness and adjusting approach based on outcomes
Comfortable working across time zones with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and LMS/CMS platforms
