As a Remediation Analyst in our Remediation team you will be responsible for the takedown of cyber threats that our customers face. This role will give you the opportunity to be the impact point on the customer's business, handling all takedown requests with the most updated tools on a daily basis, which makes an immediate impact on the company and the customers.

About the Team


You will be a part of our global Remediation team and will help organizations to protect themselves and their customers by monitoring, acting, and providing on requests to take down malicious content via the SaaS platform.

The team has the ability to immediately impact the customer's business by taking quick action to protect the customers. 

About the Role

 As a Remediation Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to investigate the most efficient way to eliminate the threat in cooperation with vendors. Specifically, your focus will be to: 

  • Monitor and respond to remediation events utilizing state-of-the-art tools and managed services.

  • Provide written summaries of remediation activities and other relevant information to business units. 

  • Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and at other vendors and report system defects as needed.

  • Work with automated tools to detect, monitor, and remove malicious content. 

  • Analyze security logs and investigate network and server security violations and intrusions.

  • Research ways to improve our services and strengthen our relations with other vendors. 

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:

  • Solid communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Capabilities and knowledge in Cyberspace, technical expertise, and experience in security.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills related to cybersecurity and computer forensics.

  • A customer-driven mindset focused on ensuring a fantastic customer experience.

  • Experience with abuse departments (takedown process) - Advantage

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in all areas of work.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, high-energy, and diligent work ethic.

  • Adaptable with the ability to work through change and with ambiguity

  • Takes responsibility for driving outcomes and meeting commitments that deliver value for the business and our customers

  • A collaborative team player who has the ability to partner successfully with other internal teams to drive impact

  • Excellent written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
