In this role, you will:

• Be a trusted technical advisor for Rapid7, guiding our customers and partners to solutions based on their need and requirements

• Support onsite and virtual presentations to prospects, customers and partners effectively

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to help customers understand our solutions

• Prove Rapid7’s technical capabilities by delivering exciting proof of concepts

• Create a positive customer experience with a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales

• Collaborate with the wider Rapid7 team to create a response to RFPs and RFIs

• Present at events, trade shows, seminars, and webinars

The skills you’ll bring include:

• You should have a solid understanding of core cyber-security principles 

• Any experience with Networking, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Threat Intelligence or Vulnerability Management is desirable

• You have prior experience demonstrating to customers or prospects

• You will be experienced and comfortable in delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes, using your polished presentations skills

• Any experience with Rapid7’s platform is also a plus

• We would also love to hear about any security certifications you may have, or are studying towards - particularly if they are industry recognised

• Fluency in any second language would be desirable
