About the Role

This role will be responsible for driving and executing the recruitment strategy for emerging talent in the India market and beyond. Not only will you own the external relationships we have with local universities and diversity organizations, you will also own relationships with internal stakeholders like hiring managers and business leaders across the organization. You are responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment for all of our emerging talent roles, from event management & branding to pre-screening, panel interviews and offer decisions. Finally, this role is responsible for the onboarding and program experience of our emerging talent population.

In this role, you will:

  • Be part of a global team responsible for hiring top entry level talent pipelines

  • Act as trusted partner to stakeholders by developing strategies to hire top entry level talent

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through communication, timeliness, and feedback throughout the process

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for interns and entry level talent across multiple disciplines and locations

  • Develop & nurture relationships with universities, diversity partners and other external vendors

  • Oversee and manage all hiring events related to emerging talent, from career fairs to in-office branding events, to classroom lectures and on-campus visits 

  • Assist with rolling out programs for “alternative pipelines” such as apprenticeships

  • Partner with our People Development team to create a unique onboarding experience for emerging talent hires, as they come in as a large cohort 

  • Manage evaluation process for placement students throughout their placement year, which includes managing stakeholders to a process and an inclusive evaluation process

  • Assist with international expansion in other locations, using Belfast as a roadmap for success 

The skills you’ll bring include:

  • 5 to 7 years experience in campus recruitment, university relations, or related role

  • Experience developing and building emerging talent programs in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated experience hiring entry level talent with a focus on diversity

  • A positive, solutions-oriented mindset when approaching challenges 

  • Accountability and ownership

  • Ability to partner with internal stakeholders from hiring managers to senior leaders
