Senior Director, Business Analysis & Transformation
The Senior Director, Business Analysis & Transformation will serve as a catalyst for enterprise-wide change, shaping how people, processes, and technology intersect to deliver measurable business value. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Applications, this leader will define the vision and direction for the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and Business Process Analyst (BPA) functions—building these capabilities into enterprise transformation engines that drive operational agility and elevate customer and employee experiences.
Additionally, this role will influence and drive strategic priorities across the business, embed transformation best practices into the enterprise, and ensure that systems and process initiatives directly advance the company objectives. The Senior Director will inspire analysts to operate as trusted advisors and change agents, championing modernization, scalability, sustainability and continuous improvement.
About the Role
As a Senior Director, Business Analysis & Transformation your primary responsibility will be to focus on the following::
Capability Development & Thought Leadership
Mature the BSA and BPA disciplines into a unified, enterprise-class transformation capability that sets the standard for requirements excellence, process optimization, and business architecture thinking.
Elevate the analyst role beyond requirements gathering to strategic problem-solving, identifying root causes, assessing organizational readiness, and recommending solutions that deliver enduring value.
Build transformation leadership skills across the analyst community to ensure a pipeline of strategic thinkers who can drive change across functions and geographies.
Enterprise Transformation Leadership
Shape and execute an enterprise transformation strategy that aligns technology, process, and people capabilities with evolving business needs and long-term strategic objectives.
Partner with senior executives and leaders to identify critical transformation opportunities, challenging legacy operating models and reimagining business capabilities for scale, agility, and competitive advantage
Spearhead high-impact initiatives that deliver tangible results—reduced cycle times, improved customer experience, operational efficiencies, and revenue enablement.
Strategic Alignment & Governance
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating enterprise strategies into actionable systems and process roadmaps.
Influence portfolio and investment decisions, ensuring that initiatives are prioritized based on business value, transformation potential, and alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and value realization tracking for all transformation initiatives.
Standards & Execution Excellence
Define enterprise-wide methodologies, tools, and engagement models for systems analysis and process design that ensure consistent quality, speed to value, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Partner with the PMO, architecture, and operational leaders to integrate transformation approaches into enterprise delivery practices including intake, planning, and delivery.
Oversee the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that scope, quality, and business outcomes are achieved.
Organizational Influence & Culture Building
Champion a transformation mindset across the enterprise, promoting curiosity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning within the BSA and BPA functions.
Represent the Business Systems & Transformation function as a visible, credible leader within the enterprise, industry forums, and partner networks.
The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:
12+ years experience in business systems analysis, business process analysis, enterprise transformation, or related disciplines.
5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional analyst teams (e.g., BSA, BPA) in a mid-to-large enterprise setting.
Proven success designing and implementing scalable delivery frameworks, documentation standards, and process methodologies.
