We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our Growth Enablement team as an Enablement Specialist, responsible for supporting and evolving our enablement technology portfolio to drive impactful learning experiences across our Go-to-Customer and Channel organisations.

About the Team
The Growth Enablement team is responsible for building and delivering training programs that empower our sales and customer-facing teams throughout their journey at Rapid7—from onboarding to continuous development. We align closely with the business to deliver measurable impact and ensure that every team member is equipped to confidently position and sell our solutions.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with Program Leads, Revenue Enablement, Channel teams, and system administrators to manage our enablement platforms, streamline learning operations, and improve learner engagement and outcomes.
As an Enablement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our enablement technologies are running smoothly, content is accessible and impactful, and our teams have the tools they need to grow and perform. You’ll help operationalise enablement across the business through smart processes, analytics, and collaboration.
Specifically, your focus will be to:
Manage and maintain the functionality of our learning platforms, including user permissions, group management, and content workflows (SkillJar and Highspot experience a plus)
Partner with stakeholders to support the design, build, and delivery of impactful enablement programs
Coordinate set-up and follow-up of enablement sessions to create a seamless learning experience
Generate reports and analyse data around completion rates, engagement, and learner feedback to assess program impact
Support vendor relationships and work cross-functionally to align on content and system enhancements
Develop and maintain documentation, including system workflows, user guides, and process maps
Identify opportunities to improve learner experience through better platform configuration and user experience design
Stay informed on emerging enablement technologies and trends to ensure we remain ahead of the curve
Collaborate with Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams to drive adoption of learning tools and resources
Support learner communications and engagement initiatives to boost awareness and participation
The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:
Proven experience working with enablement or learning platforms (LMS) in an admin or power-user capacity
Strong project management and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
Solid data skills, with the ability to extract insights and tell compelling stories from enablement data
High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and pivot quickly based on business needs
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Customer-first mindset with a desire to create a great experience for learners
Bonus: experience with learning experience design (LxD), UX principles, or digital content strategy
