Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

Rapid7 is looking for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Executive TA team. In this role, you'll manage and execute director and above searches globally, attracting top-tier leaders to fuel Rapid7's growth.

This is a highly visible role for a proactive, results-oriented executive recruiter. We're looking for someone who is passionate about building high-quality, long-term partnerships with both business leaders and candidates.

About the TA Team

Our Talent Acquisition team is a strategic partner to the business, shaping Rapid7’s future by hiring high-performing teams that drive impact. As a team, we operate with ownership and accountability while remaining adaptable and focused on results. We collaborate with leaders to identify, attract, and hire the talent needed to achieve our goals. You’ll join a collaborative, growth-minded group that values feedback, supports one another, and celebrates wins together.

About the Role

The Executive Recruiting team partners with Rapid7’s global executives across all disciplines to ensure we're hiring talented and diverse leaders. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll provide the highest level of recruitment services to our senior business leaders, spearheading the comprehensive end-to-end hiring process.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for Director+ searches globally.

  • Partner with executive-level Hiring Managers to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies for top-tier leadership talent while managing expectations based on pipeline and candidate activity.

  • Lead an effective hiring process which includes guiding the initial kickoff conversation, leading candidate interviews, managing pre-brief and debrief discussions with interview teams, performing reference checks, and ultimately presenting and negotiating offers to successfully close candidates.

  • Create a best-in-class experience for candidates through clear and timely communication.

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.

  • Partner with our Executive Recruiting team to create innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best leaders for Rapid7, with a focus on raising the bar with every hire and upholding our commitment to further building a diverse organization.

  • Collaborate with peers across Talent Acquisition and People Strategy to make certain that the competencies and behaviors we seek in our leaders are reflected in our interviewing and selection processes.

  • Efficiently use our applicant tracking system (Workday) to ensure data integrity that will allow you to tell the story of your search progress and challenges.

  • Take a data-driven approach to managing your recruiting desk, using internal data as well as market insights to enable hiring managers to make the right hiring decisions.

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:

  • 5+ years of industry experience with a demonstrated track record of conducting senior leadership searches; experience with an executive search firm is strongly preferred.

  • Background in managing complex searches across all business functions, especially in the technology space, from kickoff to close.

  • Experience building high-quality and diverse candidate pipelines for full recruitment cycles, using creative sourcing techniques and relationships with a network of senior leaders.

  • Dedication and ability to build strong, collaborative stakeholder, candidate, and internal peer relationships through strong work ethic and results.

  • Clear, concise communication skills and comfort in presenting to and working with senior executives.

  • Ability to approach challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Intuition, natural curiosity, and adaptability - we value new ideas and creativity and want to be continuously developing individually and as a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with a commitment to leveraging systems and processes to help us scale.

  • Highly analytical and articulate, comfortable leveraging data and market insights to drive alignment, create strategies, and influence where necessary.

  • The embodiment of Rapid7’s core values of Never Done, Be An Advocate, Impact Together, Challenge Convention, and Bring You.

We know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams. That’s because these teams reflect a variety of backgrounds and professional experiences. If you are excited about this role and feel your experience can make an impact, please don’t be shy - apply today.
