Senior Practice Operations Manager, A&R
The Practice Operations team is a part of the Assessment & Response practice, and is responsible for effective product delivery. As a Sr. POM on the team, you’ll work cross-functionally with key partners across the organization to provide strategic and tactical support. We are looking for someone who is driven by customer needs, can challenge convention, and has a never ending passion for solving problems!

About the Role

In this role, you will:
Manage multiple large scale projects simultaneously and remove roadblocks for teams.
Help facilitate planning efforts to improve transparency, alignment, effective product delivery, and informed decision making.
Collaborate with Product Manager(s) to create roadmaps for large, complex process improvement initiatives.
Promote understanding of practice objectives and how projects ladder up to larger initiatives.
Coach team members on techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of iterative experimentation, innovation, and learning.
Drive alignment on success metrics, timelines, and execution.
Develop partnerships and work closely with UX, product, engineering, support and go-to-market teams.
Continuously review processes and tools to drive more efficient operating mechanisms.
Facilitate creation and adoption of practice wide change management initiative including, stakeholder engagement, documentation, enablement, and incremental improvements
The skills you’ll bring include:
5-8 years of experience in operations, program management, management consulting, or relevant experience in a technology company
Experience leading teams with a focus on planning, product delivery and coaching
Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Admin experience strongly preferred. Experience with Miro, Tableau, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Amplitude are nice to have.
Team player with a growth mindset and a keen sense of how to get things done
Experience with SDLC and Agile development methodology, acting as product owner or Scrum Master for multiple teams would be highly beneficial
BS in Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related discipline strongly preferred
