Senior Product Manager

  • R11037
  • Prague, Czechia

Rapid7 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Digital Risk Protection (DRP) offerings within our Threat Intelligence portfolio. This role is critical to helping our customers proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate external threats across the open, deep, and dark web.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with an average of three days per week in our Karlin office in Prague, fostering collaboration and connection across our cross-functional teams.

About the team

The Threat Intelligence team at Rapid7 delivers the intelligence foundation that powers smarter prevention, detection, and response across the Rapid7 Command Platform. We collect and analyze vast amounts of external threat data - from brand abuse and credential leaks to adversary behavior - to provide customers with visibility into risks beyond their perimeter.

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager – Digital Risk Protection, your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the DRP product strategy and roadmap within the Rapid7 Command Platform. Specifically, your focus will be to:

  • Set and communicate a compelling product vision and outcome-focused roadmap for DRP capabilities.

  • Define measurable objectives and track progress against adoption, coverage, and business impact.

  • Lead customer and problem discovery to clarify needs, validate assumptions, and identify high-impact opportunities.

  • Partner with Engineering, Product Design, Threat Research, and Services to deliver scalable, high-quality, and easy-to-use features.

  • Integrate external threat intelligence into workflows that drive actionable outcomes across Rapid7’s platform.

  • Evaluate and integrate third-party data sources and APIs, making clear build/buy/partner recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to ensure value messaging and customer adoption.

  • Influence cross-functional alignment across Detection & Response and Exposure Management portfolios.

The skills you’ll bring include:

Core Skills

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes over outputs.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.

  • Collaborative and proactive leadership that drives alignment and clarity.

  • Customer-centric problem solving with a bias for action.

  • Embody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success.

Functional Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a SaaS Product Manager; B2B cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven success shipping products or features that moved key metrics.

  • Expertise in product discovery practices such as problem framing, assumption mapping, prototyping, and user testing.

  • Solid technical understanding of data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and platform architecture concepts.

  • Proven ability to lead through influence and drive impact across distributed teams.

  • Experience integrating product functionality across modular, multi-product platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with threat intelligence, digital risk protection, or external attack surface monitoring.

  • Understanding of threat actor behavior, data leaks, and credential exposure.
