The North America Growth team is looking for a high energy Senior Regional Field Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate is an innovative, high impact self-starter who has proven experience delivering demand generation, field marketing and ABM results. You are results-driven, action orientated and a strong communicator, who can successfully balance creative thinking with rolling your sleeves up to execute to get the job done.
About the Role
This role will be a key participant in delivering campaigns to market that resonate with our target audience, and ultimately inspire action. You're able to think strategically and are also comfortable executing the tactics needed to deliver outcomes. You will play a key role in driving the next phase of growth; planning, developing and delivering impact through regional multi-channel awareness & demand generation, channel and customer initiatives. You will be a strong partner within the local Go-to-Customer leadership team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel) to create an integrated regional marketing strategy to deliver pipeline and revenue goals, with specific focus on pipeline generation, nurturing, deal progression/acceleration and customer engagement.
In this role, you will:
Align with sales leadership, the global campaigns team and product marketing to build a plan that aligns with regional goals and priorities for your assigned segment
Participate in Sales QBR's, join weekly forecast calls and be tightly aligned to the entire Sales organization you support
Plan and execute the regional marketing strategy to include account acquisition and engagement strategies, nurture programs as well as expansion programs to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Identify and hypertarget engaged accounts in your region using ABM tactics, events, and campaign assets
Be an advocate for the region; align & collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure regional dependencies and requirements are clearly communicated with global and corporate teams
Work with our pre and post sales teams to educate and deploy marketing programs - this includes our SDR team, account executives, and our customer success organization
Be proficient and accountable for allocated budget, tracking and compliance
Monitor and track regional marketing performance to goals, identifying key areas for conversion and optimization
The skills you’ll bring include:
3-6 years of experience in a demand generation or regional marketing role, preferably in B2B - SaaS knowledge a plus
Understanding of Account Based Marketing methodologies and how to effectively identify and segment, execute, and track success
Proficient in marketing automation tools and a desire to learn new technologies including ABM platforms (Terminus), direct mail automation (Sendoso), sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft), paid digital marketing (LinkedIn), 3rd party intent (Bombora), and more.
High level of comfort presenting programs and performance to stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Exceptional project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to measure and report on campaign performance to support overall marketing goals
Creative thinker, passionate about demand generation and marketing automation
Security industry experience and knowledge of the SaaS technology landscape preferred
Passionate about working with a fast-paced sales team
