Rapid7 is seeking a driven, forward-thinking Sr. Talent Acquisition partner to join our Emerging Talent team. This person will be part of a growing team responsible for driving recruiting strategy & creating programs to support global entry level hiring. About the Team
Emerging talent hiring is a key component of Rapid7's growth strategy and we are expanding our team as a result. One of the next steps in our growth journey is the opening of our new Tampa, FL office, and we are looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help establish key partnerships with universities and diverse hiring partners.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for driving and executing the recruitment strategy for emerging talent in our Tampa, FL office. You will review our current partnerships with universities and diversity organizations and make recommendations on next steps. As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner on the team, you will have the opportunity to create strategy & hire for roles across North America in addition to supporting our Tampa location.

In this role, you will:

  • Be part of a global team responsible for hiring top entry level talent pipelines

  • Act as trusted partner to stakeholders by developing strategies to hire top entry level talent

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through communication, timeliness, and feedback throughout the process

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for interns and entry level talent across multiple disciplines and locations

  • Develop & nurture relationships with universities, diversity partners and other external vendors

  • Assist with rolling out programs for “alternative pipelines” such as veteran hiring & diversity hiring

  • Partner with our People Development team to create a unique onboarding experience for emerging talent hires (interns & entry level), specifically onsite in our Tampa office

The skills you’ll bring include:

  • 3-5 years experience in campus recruitment, university relations, or related role

  • Experience developing and building emerging talent programs in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated experience hiring entry level talent with a focus on diversity

  • A positive, solutions-oriented mindset when approaching challenges 

  • Accountability and ownership
