About the Role
The Technical recruiting team focuses on partnering with hiring leaders to ensure that we are hiring talented diverse teams for Rapid7’s product practice areas, which are at the core of building and evolving our products for our customers. In this role, you will work to hire top talent into a variety of openings on our Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Platform Delivery, Product Management, Security, and UX/UI teams.
In this role, you will:
Partner with hiring Managers to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies while managing expectations clearly
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the organization, implementing new processes and fine-tuning existing processes to deliver quality results for our customers
Focus on the quality of hire and ensure a fair and effective recruitment process while consistently providing an outstanding candidate experience
Accurate maintenance of our applicant tracking system, to ensure data integrity and allow you to tell the story of your search, progress and challenges
Take a data driven approach to influence hiring managers, using internal data as well as market insights, helping to enable hiring managers to make the right hiring decisions based on talent availability, the business priorities and cost
The skills you’ll bring include:
5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of agency and corporate experience
A proven track record of managing complex searches for technical roles and a strong understanding of tech stacks and local market trends
Experience building high quality and diverse candidate pipelines for full recruitment cycles, using creative sourcing techniques when necessary
Ability to and a proven track record of building strong, collaborative stakeholder and candidate relationships
Ability to approach challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Experience facilitating competency-based interviewing panels, an understanding of assessment tools and inclusive interview practices
