The Workplace Experience Team plays a critical role in delivering operational excellence and employee satisfaction across our office footprint, ensuring our physical spaces reflect our values and empower our teams to do their best work.
About the Role
As a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to own the day-to-day operations of our Boston headquarters and champion an exceptional workplace experience. Specifically, your focus will be to:
Oversee daily operations of the Boston HQ and ensure a welcoming environment
Manage vendor relationships, including janitorial, building security, and maintenance teams
Maintain the upkeep and organization of all common spaces
Plan and execute on-site events and internal vibe initiatives
Coordinate preventive maintenance and handle facilities-related needs
Act as liaison to building management for all facility matters
Support space planning and emergency preparedness procedures
Maintain physical security and access control processes
Track and manage the local operational budget
Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-functional programs and OKRs
Provide guidance to team members and contribute to global workplace initiatives

Core Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
Ownership mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Ability to manage time effectively and juggle competing priorities
Functional Skills:
Experience with office coordination, facilities, or workplace operations
Knowledge of Google Apps and workplace software (e.g., OfficeSpace, Brivo, VergeSense)
Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, utilities, mechanical/life safety systems)
Event planning and vendor management
Space management and planning experience
Budget management and tracking
Comfort with internal stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration
Working knowledge of physical security systems
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
