The Real Estate and Workplace Experience org. is a globally distributed team responsible for maintaining our physical office spaces, helping to shape and bring to life our company culture, and making our offices places that employees and guests love to come to. 

About the Role

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day to day operations and employee experience at our Austin Office. Specifically, your focus will be to: 

  • Provide Front Desk reception coverage, including oversight of physical security processes and the visitor experience 

  • Plan and execute engaging employee events and gatherings, as well as help support customer and other onsite events 

  • Manage vendor relationships and liaise with property management, building security, and cleaning staff

  • Lead the local new hire experience

  • Oversee management of the office facility, including coordinating preventive maintenance and repair projects as needed

  • Experience in Google apps is preferred. 

  • Understanding of building maintenance systems (HVAC, utilities, mechanical systems, life safety systems) is preferred.

  • Communication: You communicate clearly and thoughtfully whether in person or over Slack.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with a diverse group of teams and partners to deliver sustainable improvements for the office and business. 

  • Accountability: You hold yourself and others responsible for driving outcomes by establishing ownership and clear expectations.
