Our Emerging Talent programs are designed to support both experienced professionals and recent graduates as they begin a career path in technology. Business Development Representatives (BDRs) 

The BDR Program at Rapid7 is a program that aims to provide people early in their careers - or changing career paths - the opportunity to learn from the best and grow their selling skills. As a valued member of our sales team, you’ll develop the skills to uncover opportunities with prospects and customers and maximize opportunity from inbound marketing leads. Many graduates of our BDR program have progressed into roles as Account Executives as they continue to build their career at Rapid7. If you’re a self-starter, team player, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Rapid7’s BDR Program is the place for you. 


When and Where We Hire

We hire BDR groups at various times throughout the year for offices around the globe.

Internships and Co-ops 

As an intern at Rapid7, you’ll be exposed to a wide variety of projects, have the opportunity to network with our leaders, and learn from those who have come before you. This is a great way to dive deep into your area of expertise. In addition to the projects you’ll work on, we want to make sure you gain skills in areas that will help pave the way to your future career. We encourage you to bring your ideas to the table, challenge the ways we’re doing things, and ultimately be able to apply your education to real-world projects. 

When and Where We Hire: Internships are available in both the US and the UK. Opportunities are posted year round for teams across the business.
