Our Emerging Talent programs are designed to support both experienced professionals and recent graduates as they begin a career path in technology. Emerging talent professionals provide valuable and fresh perspectives into our business, and are equipped with the resources and opportunities to help them create the career experience of a lifetime while gaining valuable industry knowledge and experience.
Student Placement Programme (Belfast)
At the heart of our international talent strategy is our Placement Program in Belfast, an internship program we created when we opened our doors in 2014. Our placement students spend a full year working as a member of one of our teams, gaining valuable experience working on real projects. The majority of our placement opportunities are within our Engineering teams, but we also offer roles within AI. Aside from the hands-on learning placements gain from their managers, mentors, and teammates, the program allows the opportunity to network with peers & leaders, get direct manager feedback, and ultimately the possibility of full time employment upon graduation.
Sales Development Representative (SDR) Program
The SDR program at Rapid7 aims to provide people early in their careers - or changing career paths - the opportunity to learn from the best and grow their selling skills. As a valued member of our sales team, you’ll develop the skills to uncover opportunities with prospects and customers and maximize opportunity from inbound marketing leads and outbound efforts. Many of our past SDRs have progressed into roles as Account Executives as they continue to build their career at Rapid7.
