This team represents the backbone of our relationships with our customer base. This includes ensuring customers successfully deploy, adopt, and maintain Rapid7 solutions year over year. As technology and innovation move forward, vulnerabilities in our digital world continue to evolve and change. This means going beyond the goal of customer renewals and instead focusing on long-term customer health. Being successful on this team means advocating for customer needs, challenging convention through new ideas and solutions, and working together to create impact.

 

 

Customer Advisory

Our Customer Advisors, Technical Account Managers, and Security Service professionals are assigned to customers of our managed services products. These team members are in the weeds of solving technical challenges and analyzing data, and are just as comfortable communicating with customers as they are with technical engineers and developers. 

Sales

Technology professionals responsible for protecting their organizations are overburdened and under-resourced, often spending too much time on routine tasks. Our sales team is on the front end of creating impact for customers by providing relevant solutions so their organizations remain secure, and leveraging the full value of our products. Sales Engineering

The Security Sales Engineer will work with the sales team in a pre-sales role to develop and position solutions involving Rapid7's security solutions. They will work as an equal partner with our sales team in matching up customers with Rapid7's security solutions. If you are comfortable going toe to toe in a technical discussion with engineers and then shifting gears and having a brass-tacks business conversation with a CIO, this may be the opportunity for you.
