Our Office Spaces
Our offices are made up of thoughtfully designed spaces where innovation and collaboration thrive. We believe in the power of bringing people together to share ideas and inspire one another to achieve exceptional outcomes for customers. Opportunities for connection and collaboration are everywhere: huddle rooms, conference rooms, shared common spaces, built-in video conferencing capabilities, and other amenities to enjoy. When you need to focus on more independent work, we have designated quiet spaces and cozy booths where you can get away from your desk and dive deep into a particular project or to-do list. Additionally, we’ve designed our offices to be inclusive of all people. This includes gender-neutral restrooms and showers and private suites for mothers. Many locations also have wellness rooms where employees can meditate, rest, and recharge.
Sustainability
Rapid7 wants to create a secure digital future for all. This enormous challenge requires people, companies, and governments working side by side to accomplish it together. In offices around the globe, we embrace environmentally sustainable practices to contribute to the global fight against climate change. This includes developing goals, metrics and practices to create more sustainable workplaces, locating offices near transportation hubs to maximize the number of employees using public transportation, measuring greenhouse gas emissions, choosing sustainable products and practices for new office builds, and much more.
