Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

Our Sales Development team is responsible for the creation of warm and cold leads for our Sales organization. Integral to the success of Rapid7, SDRs a key role in building the pipeline for our sales engine, directly contributing to revenue growth across our International business. This team is made up of early career professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are looking to grow their selling skills.


Account Executives

Account Executives drive revenue and grow our customer footprint. Our Account Executive roles are available at multiple levels, providing a clear path for growth and progression from SMB to enterprise books of business. These are full-lifecycle, quota-carrying roles that rely on the seller’s ability to develop meaningful relationships to drive revenue growth.  


Channel Sales

Partners and vendors play a critical role in our sales strategy. By creating strong relationships through these avenues, our Channel Sales team is responsible for partner attainment against annual goals and milestones. This team ensures we have strong relationships with our strategic partners and alliances to maximize revenue opportunities and establish Rapid7 as a strategic, long-term partner for customers.

 

Renewal Account Manager

Our renewals team drives revenue retention and growth across our existing customer base. This team partners closely with sales, customer success, support, and channel teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities to retain and expand revenue within their existing accounts.
