Business Development Representatives

Uncovering Opportunities Our BDRs work diligently to uncover opportunities with prospects and customers and maximize opportunity from inbound marketing leads. This team is made up of early career professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are looking to grow their selling skills. Read more about our BDR program here


Sales Development Representatives

Driving our Pipeline Our Sales Development team is responsible for the creation of warm and cold leads for our Sales organization. Integral to the success of Rapid7, this team plays a key role in building the pipeline for our sales engine, directly contributing to revenue growth across our International business.


Account Executives

Driving Revenue Growth Account Executives drive revenue and grow our customer footprint. Our Account Executive roles are available at multiple levels, providing a clear path for growth and progression from SMB to enterprise books of business. These are full-lifecycle, quota-carrying roles that rely on the seller’s ability to develop meaningful relationships to drive revenue growth.  


Channel Sales

Cultivating Vendor Partnerships Partners and vendors play a critical role in our sales strategy. By creating strong relationships through these avenues, our Channel Sales team is responsible for partner attainment against annual goals and milestones. This team ensures we have strong relationships with our strategic partners and alliances to maximize revenue opportunities and establish Rapid7 as a strategic, long-term partner for customers.

Our Sales Enablement team has created dedicated resources and training that prepare our account executives, BDRs, SDRs, and channel team members for success. With a blend of self-guided, virtual, and in-person programs, you’ll be fully immersed into our business and products so you can conduct effective discovery calls and articulate Rapid7 solutions to align with customer needs. Our enablement programs are continually being enhanced as we prepare our sales team to be successful in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. Beyond your enablement and onboarding, we’re proud to have a culture that encourages continued learning and mentorship in both formal and informal settings.
