At Rapid7, engineers are responsible for building, testing, and deploying features from the kernel to the cloud, on systems designed to scale. Members of our product team are always searching for ways to enhance customer value and ensure our offerings align to the needs of the market. Your work will have a direct impact on our customers, enabling them to protect their IT infrastructure while streamlining and automating routine tasks. Along the way, you'll also be supported by an incredible team of colleagues who are always ready to lend a helping hand, or hear about a new idea. 

Information Technology

The IT team is a global organization committed to delivering on the Rapid7 mission of closing the security achievement gap by leveraging technology and data to make our employees more productive and efficient. This includes creating great experiences from on-boarding to workplace experience, business applications and data integration, commercialization of Rapid7’s products and services, and direct-facing customer experiences such as support, billing, and payment. The team is made up of engineering, product management, service experience, operations, IT security, networking, and systems engineering teams all delivering using agile and lean methodologies. 

Information Security

Our Information security team is tasked with enhancing our security posture and elevating customer confidence in Rapid7 products. Together, we lead the effective delivery of business outcomes, and program maturation through standardization and iterative improvement. As part of our team, you'll work with highly engaged and capable colleagues to build and implement complex, cross-functional initiatives that secure our business, our employees, and our customers. 

Security Services

As part of the Global Security Services team at Rapid7, you will help our clients improve their security posture through your technical skills and knowledge of security industry best practices. This team works to uncover vulnerabilities within our customer networks and advise on recommended solutions to improve their security posture, as well as respond to attacks. Your work has a direct impact on customer health and their ability to protect all aspects of their business. 

Technical Support

Our Technical Support team members possess a mix of technical talent and expertise along with outstanding customer service and problem solving skills. Here, you'll have the chance to take on complex customer challenges and find creative and innovative ways to identify solutions. As part of a collaborative and globally diverse team, you'll have the support and resources that help spark unique and effective solutions, making an immediate impact on customers around the world.
