The Newsweek ranking is one of the nation's largest independent employee studies, and evaluated U.S. employers with over 1,000 employees on metrics like leadership, compensation, and work-life balance. Conducted from April to October 2025, the evaluation included a national survey of over 2.7 million company reviews from 179,000+ employees, supplemented by data from three previous studies.
