Hybrid Working Model
Our Arlington office operates on a hybrid model, with employees spending three days per week in the office. Additionally, Rapid7 offers an unlimited paid time off policy, along with 12 holidays and 5 global paid company days off.

Rapid7's offices are located in the Frost Tower in downtown Austin. Located in the heart of downtown, we're centrally located to the best entertainment, retail, and outdoor recreational spaces within walking distance.
