Drive growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market companies (up to 1,000 employees)
Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing customers, positioning Rapid7’s solutions in a way that resonates with their unique challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Ops to deliver a seamless customer experience
Stay current and competitive by keeping up with industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings — and using those insights to shape your approach
Support ongoing growth by identifying upsell opportunities and helping customers get long-term value from their investments
Communicate effectively both internally and externally, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene through tools like Salesforce
Leverage channel partnerships by working closely with our Value Added Resellers and partner ecosystem
2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success in driving new business and growing existing accounts
Ability to manage a high-volume book of business with focus and prioritisation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you're comfortable being a trusted advisor
A creative and proactive approach to sourcing new opportunities and navigating complex sales cycles
Comfort working independently while also collaborating in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Curiosity and a growth mindset — you’re always learning and open to feedback
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Experience working with channel partners or Value Added Resellers is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer meetings as needed
