As an Associate Business Operations Analyst you will be a key member in the Professional Services team in owning key responsibilities to support our customers and internal leaders. This position will partner closely with the Senior Manager of Services Business Operations, along with leaders within the Professional Services organization. This person will act as a key contributor towards tactical and strategic goals.
About the Team This position is responsible for performing key operational activities that provide leaders a strong understanding of trends in areas such as Bookings, Revenue, Pricing and Discounting, Pipeline and Forecasting Management, Capacity Planning, etc. This role will partner cross-functionally with other teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. You will be successful if you thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively, and are eager to learn and make an impact.
In This Role You Will:
Support the resource management function through timely and accurate updates to our professional services automation tool including resource requests, assignments, and support cases
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and business stakeholders to support and continuously improve the processes within the services organization
Partner with leadership to drive out implement new processes to ensure efficiencies and visibility into staffing capacity and driving positive business outcomes for our customers
In Return You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in a project management or operational role
Organizational skills and proven ability to manage high volume of activity effectively in a matrix resource environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to keep organized
Strong communication skills and team-driven focus is essential, as this team member will be expected to act independently as well as collaboratively with customers, peers, partners, and managers to ensure customer satisfaction and team goal achievement
Nice to Have But Not Required:
Experience with CRM or ERP Systems (NetSuite, SalesForce, or FinancialForce a plus but not required)
Experience working in a consulting/services organization within a technology or management consulting company
Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
