About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary technical and coordination point of contact for customer onboarding projects. Specifically, your focus will be to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales cycle to steady state delivery.

  • Manage standard implementation timelines, track project milestones, and ensure deliverables are met within scope and on time.

  • Accelerate initial time-to-value for customers by promptly initiating the onboarding project kickoff and driving foundational technical installation and configuration.

  • Engage cross-functional internal teams, partners, and subcontractors to coordinate project dependencies and drive successful implementation execution.

  • Perform standard software installation and configuration to align with the customer environment and business requirements.

  • Guide customers through technical implementation prerequisites and offer best practice advice on product setup.

  • Conduct foundational validation testing to ensure the product functions correctly, troubleshooting basic setup issues and escalating complex technical blockers when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate customer implementation records, configuration notes, and diligent case management tracking.

The skills and qualities you'll bring include:

  • Bring 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation, sales engineering, product support, or technical account management.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of project management principles, tracking milestones, and taking full responsibility for driving on-time outcomes that deliver business value.

  • Apply a strong understanding of network technologies, protocols (DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP), and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, macOS) to resolve technical challenges and enable momentum.

  • Communicate in a clear manner that conveys technical objectives and rationale, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Adapt quickly to evolving product features and group dynamics, leveraging strong self-awareness to continuously elevate technical craft and customer impact.

  • Utilize familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity technologies like SIEM, ASM, Vulnerability Management, or SOAR to guide customer onboarding.

  • Execute hands-on software configuration, system environment setup, and standard dashboard creation across complex environments.

  • Embody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success.
