About the Team

  • Fulfil software subscription orders with guidance from teammates and technical resources

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Rapid7 Legal, IT, Commissions, Revenue Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Sales Operations, etc., adding value to the order submission process to increase impact and proactively resolve issues that could delay a sale

  • Triage inquiries, troubleshoot, and provide direction to cross-functional business units relating to issues directly affecting the customer

  • Participate in cross-functional projects, helping drive operational efficiency that supports Rapid7’s scalability goals

  • Assist in the testing and implementation of new system functionality and SKUs that will expand Rapid7’s ever growing footprint in the cybersecurity industry

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:

  • Experience in a sales, operations, customer service, or finance related role

  • Knowledge and technical understanding of ERP, CRM and Ticketing Software

  • Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through email, Slack, and internal meetings

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Confidence in operating within a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving

  • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities while working with teammates and stakeholders across the globe

  • Tech savvy & excited to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Core Value Embodiment: Embody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success.
