About the Role
We are looking for an experienced product and people leader to lead the evolution of a platform designed to abstract away the friction of enterprise security. The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer-focused mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to erasing the boundaries between disparate security tools, creating a unified experience that scales alongside our customers’ most complex global requirements. Specifically, your focus will be to:
Define and champion the multi-year vision for the Command Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of global enterprises and MSSP partners.
Lead cross-team collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX for product planning, prioritization, development, launch and on-going enhancements that balance responsiveness to customer needs with strategic market impact.
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous "product craft" improvement.
Relentlessly advocate for our users, ensuring their voice is represented in every product decision, backlog conversation, and roadmap commitment
Use outcome-driven product thinking to define success, measure customer impact through adoption, time to value, and satisfaction scores
Work with product and marketing leadership to develop content, messaging and competitive positioning based on customer value and real world use cases.
Lead the strategy for global platform expansion, ensuring that new capabilities are integrated so seamlessly that customers can adopt them instantly, driving organic growth and long-term platform stickiness.
The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or leadership role within SaaS platform environments.
You think big but act small, helping your PMs break down massive visions into actionable, high-impact components.
You have successfully led products with a significant (2k+ customers) install base demonstrating the balance between customer asks and new features.
You hold yourself and your team responsible for driving outcomes and owning both successes and failures.
You build networks and work across boundaries to create outcomes that drive impact beyond your immediate team.
You empower your team to make efficient decisions that resolve challenges and enable momentum.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term delivery
Insatiable curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement, always pushing to evolve your skills and our processes.
Passion for telling effective stories that focus on impact for technical and non-technical topics
Internal drive to drive research and keep up to date with competitive and industry trends
You aren't afraid to challenge the status quo, bringing innovative thinking and a fresh perspective to complex problems.
Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, multi-tenant architectures, Identity & Access Management (IAM), API ecosystems, and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to establish key metrics for platform health, adoption, and customer satisfaction that inform executive-level decision-making.
