VP of People Strategy

About the Team
The People Strategy team is composed of dedicated People Strategists who act as the primary strategic consultants and business partners to our leaders. This team is accountable for defining the blueprint for organizational effectiveness, championing leadership development, and fostering high-performance cultures. By bridging the gap between corporate strategy and frontline execution, this team ensures that our most valuable asset—our people—is positioned to deliver extraordinary impact and measurable results for our customers while operating within a clear, supportive, and high-bar performance framework.
About the Role
As the VP of People Strategy, you will lead and mentor a global team of People Strategists, fostering a culture of excellence and strategic partnership. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be part of our People Leadership team partnering with Talent Acquisition, People Development, People Operations, and Total Rewards to design and deliver well-rounded people processes. You will also be the primary point of contact for the executive leadership team on all matters related to talent planning including skills assessments, team structure, and alignment to business objectives with a disciplined approach when establishing plans that align to our financial guidelines.. Your success will be measured by the team's ability to proactively solve business challenges and scale our culture as we continue to expand globally .
In this role, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop a global team of senior People Strategists to ensure consistent, high-quality support is delivered across the business. Empower the team to operate as a balanced partner to the business; comfortable with calculated risk-taking, challenging leaders, and moving beyond simply taking directives.
Partner with executive leadership to design and implement organizational structures that support long-term business scale and agility. Build balanced partnerships with our executive leaders to ensure their team’s objectives are aligned to the broader business.
Drive an integrated talent strategy including succession planning, performance management, and workforce strategy within each functional area of the organizations.
Maintain tight alignment with Finance to develop and execute a disciplined talent management program that is in line with the operating budget and directly influences key human capital operating expense targets.
Collaborate with the People Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure compensation, benefits, organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition programs meet the evolving needs of the business.
Lead the proactive integration of emerging trends, including artificial intelligence, into long-term workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development to ensure a future-ready enterprise.
Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and other C-suite leaders on complex employee relations and organizational health issues.
Utilize people analytics and data-driven insights to diagnose organizational trends and recommend proactive interventions.
The skills you’ll bring include:
Extensive experience (15+ years) in People Strategy/HR leadership, with a proven track record of managing, hiring, and developing high-performing people teams in a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity environment.
Experience leading teams through change as you address short term and long-term problems; breaking larger goals into smaller components by setting time-bound milestones, executing quickly, assessing progress, and pivoting where necessary to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Strong business acumen with experience establishing frameworks and processes to translate complex business goals into actionable people strategies efficiently and effectively.
Disciplined financial acumen with a track record of partnership with finance leaders to establish a people strategy that is in line with the operating expenses of the business.
Proven ability to map current talent to a future organizational vision and implement development frameworks to enable team growth and accountability.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at the executive level.
An understanding of how to integrate longer-term considerations, such as artificial intelligence, into workforce planning and organizational strategy.
A data-driven mindset, comfortable using HR metrics to tell a story and drive decision-making.
Experience navigating the complexities of a global workforce, including understanding diverse labor markets and cultural nuances.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop teams how to optimize and support teams through rapid change.

The salary range for this role in the US is:
$233,800.00 - 316,300.00 USD AnnualSalary ranges may vary based on geographical location. This range does not include variable/incentive compensation, equity and benefits (where applicable/eligible).
