Learning Delivery Specialist

About the Role

As a Learning Delivery Specialist,  you will be responsible for delivering impactful, engaging, and high-quality learning experiences across the organization, with a strong focus on new hire onboarding during your first year. This role is based in India and requires someone who can adapt content to local audiences while maintaining alignment with Rapid7 learning standards. 

You will: 

  • Deliver engaging, interactive learning sessions (in-person, hybrid, and virtual) to support new hire onboarding and core programming

  • Facilitate learning experiences aligned with business priorities

  • Apply adult learning practices to maximize retention, learner engagement and program impact

  • Utilize digital learning tools to enhance accessibility and engagement

  • Customize global content to fit regional needs while maintaining consistency to PD operating standards

  • Manage learning tracks in our LMS (Workday) to ensure seamless onboarding processes

  • Track learner progress, attendance, and feedback to inform iterations

  • Use learner analytics to evolve and continuously improve delivery strategies.and program content 

  • Collaborate and seek feedback with multiple teams to support delivery excellence and local relevance. 

About You

  • Bring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in learning or program delivery, facilitation, or a similar role

  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures

  • Experience delivering both in-person and hybrid learning sessions 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with different teams, and manage multiple priorities

  • Facilitation: Deliver engaging, culturally relevant sessions, using learner-centered techniques to support knowledge application. 

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate learning delivery timelines, resources, and logistics, ensuring all elements are in place for a smooth delivery experience. 

  • Content Management: Organize and update learning materials to support local delivery needs while aligning with Rapid7  learning standards. 

  • Data Analytics: Use feedback and attendance data to track learning progress, measure engagement, and identify opportunities to improve the learning experiences and your delivery

  • Learning & Event Management: Organize and execute live and virtual learning events, managing space or platform logistics, participant communications, and session flow for a seamless learner experience.

  • Technology Fluency:  Use learning platforms and virtual tools (like Zoom, Slack, Donut, Google Workspace, Workday) confidently to support seamless session delivery.
